The Office of Student Housing at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock offers space in the residence hall during June and July for groups and individuals participating in campus activities. The five story Residence Hall can house up to 300 people.
Living space consists of two-bedroom suites which include kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and sink, a private bath with stand-up shower, and a living area with table and four chairs. Bedrooms are equipped with two single beds, two desks with chairs, two chests and two wardrobe closets. A limited number of one-bedroom suites accommodating two persons each may be available. Also, several suites are wheelchair accessible. Linens are not included in the rooms, however a limited supply of bed and bath linen sets is available for rental.
The reception desk is open round the clock to answer questions and take messages. In room phone service which includes caller ID and voice mail is also available for an additional fee. Maid or linen service inside guest rooms is not provided. The study room can be reserved for meeting space for groups up to 25.
Guests staying in the residence hall will have access to the housing reserved lots by the building. Parking is also available in the parking deck. Residence hall parking is free. The cost to exit the deck is $.50.
Aramark serves the campus dining needs with dining facilities located in the Donaghey Student Center. The food court features Taco Bell, Java City, and Quiznos Subs. The diamond area serves a full range of hot entree, vegetables and salads. Hours vary depending on class schedules. Aramark also offers catering services. Each conference group is encouraged to contact dining services directly to arrange for dining needs (501) 569-3361.
UALR department sponsored groups may remit payment by funds transfer request.
Non-UALR sponsored groups may pay by check , money order or cash.
A deposit of 50% of the estimated contract total is due at least 30 days prior to the arrival of the group. Final payment is due within 30 days of receipt of final bill.

Conference Housing Application
From mid-May through mid-August, some of the residence hall rooms are used for UALR summer school students. The remainder of the building is available to house individual guests of the University or groups visiting the campus for various summer programs.
