UALR owns a number of houses north of the campus between 28th and 24th streets. These houses are available for rent to faculty, staff and student families. Most of the houses features:
Rent averages $600 per month depending on the size of the house. Deposit of one month's rent is required. The renewable lease period is six months. One small (under 15pound) dog and or cat is allowed. Utilities are not included and the houses are not furnished. Tenets are responsible for lawn maintenance.
Applications are accepted year round.
